Job Description

Are you ready to build the next generation of leaders? At Apex Leadership Co., we believe every child has the potential to change the world. Our mission is to transform schools through the power of leadership, fitness, and fundraising. We are looking for high-energy, mission-driven individuals to join our team in Greater Richmond Area or Virginia Beach. As an Apex Team Member, you aren't just an employee — you're a role model. You will spend 2-week "sprints" in local elementary and middle schools, leading pep rallies, teaching leadership lessons, and facilitating our high-octane events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
(THE MISSION)
BUILD LEADERS BY
Inspiring Students:
Be the ultimate role model, teaching leadership habits and interacting with kids during lunch, PE, and class.
Supporting Schools:
Partner with teachers and administrators to make their lives easier and their schools better. Executing the
Program:
Lead pep rallies, huddles, and thank you gift distributions, and handle the physical setup/teardown of event equipment.
Promoting Fitness:
Energize students during our high-impact event days!

THE LOGISTICS

Character:
Strong integrity and a clean background check are mandatory.
Experience:
1+ year of leadership or teaching experience required.
Mobility:
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for travel between schools. Possible travel within state, mileage and/or hotel as approved.
Physicality:
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.

$1,500 to $1,700 per 2 week program; $140/day Floating; $120/day training
