Roustabout - Drilling Team (Offshore Rotation)

Schedule:

14 Days On / 14 Days Off (12-hour shifts) Position Summary Amplify Energy is seeking a Roustabout to support offshore drilling operations. This role performs general labor, equipment handling, and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient platform operations. This position requires the ability to work in a physically demanding, safety-critical offshore environment while living onsite for the duration of assigned rotations. Key Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting equipment and supplies Support crane and rigging operations under supervision Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of drilling equipment and work areas Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment Assist crew members across operations as needed Participate in shift turnover and communicate operational updates Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements Minimum Qualifications Prior experience in oilfield, construction, or heavy labor environments preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use tools and equipment Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols Willingness to work rotational offshore schedules Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and offshore environments Ability to work 12-hour shifts for extended periods Must be able to wear required PPE at all times Work Environment Employees live and work onboard the platform during assigned rotations Work is performed in a safety-sensitive, physically demanding environment

Compensation Hourly Rate:

$25-26 per hour Overtime eligibility in accordance with applicable laws and offshore schedules Estimated annual earnings: Total compensation ranges from $72K to $80K, depending on experience, schedule and hours worked.
