Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Deckhand to join our passenger tour boat operations around Catalina Island.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting the captain with docking, lines, and passenger boarding Provide friendly, attentive customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their voyage Ensuring passenger safety and comfort Maintain cleanliness of vessel and assist with general upkeep to preserve vessel appearance and functionality Helping with daily operations before and after tours
Requirements:
Prior boat or maritime experience required Comfortable working on the water and with passengers Ability to follow safety procedures and take direction Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to work weekends and holidays Preferred (but not required): Deckhand or commercial passenger vessel experience CPR / First Aid (or willingness to obtain Customer service skills To apply: Please email a brief resume and description of your boating experience.
