Instructors will deliver hands-on and classroom instruction focused on 11-Meter Willard RHIB operations, working directly with U.S. Navy and Coast Guard personnel in a structured training environment. This role requires prior operational experience, strong instructional capability, and the ability to operate safely in demanding maritime conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver instruction on 11-Meter Willard RHIB operations, navigation, and safety procedures Conduct hands-on training in open-water and vessel-based environments Maintain classroom discipline and effective instruction for personnel ranging from E-1 to O-6 Support and execute Launch Handling and Recovery System (LHRS) operations Develop and present Concept of Operations (CONOPS) briefings Troubleshoot RHIB systems and provide operational guidance Ensure compliance with all safety, operational, and training standards
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Patrol Leader for the 11-Meter Willard RHIB and/or
NSW 11M RHIB
qualified Qualified Boat Coxswain (U.S. Navy or U.S. Coast Guard) Prior Training Department experience within active duty or reserve Navy/Coast Guard command Valid U.S. Coast Guard Master's License (minimum 25-Ton, Near Coastal) Navy NEC 9502 or 805A Instructor Qualification Current CPR / First Aid Certification (Red Cross or AHA) Must meet U.S. Navy 1st Class swimmer requirements Eligible for or able to obtain a SECRET clearance Experience with: Launch Handling and Recovery Systems (WMZ Stern Ramp & TBEC) CONOPS briefings RHIB troubleshooting and maintenance Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically capable of prolonged standing, climbing ladders, and operating on small vessels with gear
