NOW HIRING FOR SUMMER 2026 SHOP STAFF

| RENTALS | TOURS | SALES Spend your summer on the water with us at the Paddle Sports Center! We are looking for hardworking, outgoing team members who love the ocean and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Hiring starts in June. Must be available for the full summer season.

Requirements:

18 years or older Able to lift 60 lb kayaks and paddleboards Comfortable working outdoors in the sun and ocean environment Reliable, positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills Customer service experience is a plus

What You'll Be Doing:

Helping customers with kayak, SUP, and surf rentals Assisting with tours and getting guests safely on the water Carrying, loading, and storing equipment Explaining safety rules and basic paddling techniques Keeping the shop clean, organized, and stocked Merchandising and assisting customers in the retail shop Opening and closing duties

Training Included:

CPR & First Aid Training In-house Ocean & Safety Training SUP | KAYAK | SURF experience is a bonus, but not required. 30-40 hours per week Starting pay: minimum wage + tips/gratuity To apply, stop by the shop or email us your resume.
