Bungee jump operator Fun bungee Valencia, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 an hour 18 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Working with children Full Job Description Job The Bungee Trampoline Operator is responsible for the safe operation of the bungee trampoline attraction, assisting guests with harnesses, monitoring equipment, enforcing safety rules, and providing excellent customer service. The operator ensures all participants enjoy a fun and safe experience. Must be friendly, patient, and engaging with children, creating a positive and welcoming environment for all guests and families. Responsibilities Conduct safety briefings and equipment checks for all jumpers to ensure proper use of harnesses and safety gear Operate and monitor bungee jumping equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly before each jump Assist guests with preparation, including harnessing, positioning, and providing clear instructions for the jump process Manage guest flow, coordinate scheduling, and maintain a smooth operation during busy periods Enforce safety protocols and respond swiftly to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and professionalism Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and enhancing their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the jump site, equipment storage areas, and safety stations Experience Previous experience in events management or guest services is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills to handle guest concerns or unexpected situations effectively Customer service background with a focus on hospitality or resort environments Experience working with children or in youth-focused activities is a plus Familiarity with public speaking or leading group orientations confidently Background in food service or theater can be beneficial for engaging guests in lively environments Lifeguard experience or certifications demonstrate a commitment to safety and emergency response readiness Join us in delivering adrenaline-pumping adventures while prioritizing safety and exceptional guest experiences.
