This position is ideal for someone looking to grow within the yachting industry while working on a variety of vessels. Responsibilities Perform detailed topside boat washes (teak, brightwork, windows, stainless) Clean engine rooms and sea-strainers Assist with basic mechanical and electrical tasks (ex: check/replace bilge pump) Maintain vessels to impeccable yachting standards Communicate professionally with boat owners and crew Adapt to changing schedules Strong performance may lead to opportunities to join offshore trips.
