Dapper Marine is a hands-on marine maintenance and detailing operation based at Tavernier Creek Marina in the Florida Keys. We keep boats looking sharp and running right for local owners and slip holders throughout the Upper Keys. We're looking for a detailing assistant to join us on the water. This is a seasonal, flexible position — a great fit if you know how to work hard in the Florida heat and take pride in the finished product. What You'll Be Doing Boat washing, waxing, and hull buffing Full interior and exterior detail work Assisting with bottom paint prep and application General shop support and keeping things moving What We're Looking For Some detailing experience — auto or marine, we'll work with either Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida conditions (heat, humidity, sun — all of it) Physically fit and able to be on your feet all day Reliable. If you say you'll be there, you're there. Your own transportation to Tavernier Creek Marina Good attitude. We're a small crew and it matters. Pay & Schedule $160/day, paid cash or check Seasonal and flexible — minimum 2 days per week to start Room to grow as the business grows
