We are looking for Pool Deckhands to help run lessons smoothly and efficiently at our 7-Day Swim Sessions. These sessions are taught at host pools throughout the metro-Atlanta area, so a qualified candidate will have their own car and be willing to commute. It is a seven day commitment to either a morning or afternoon shift for up to three weeks each month during the summer months. This energetic position involves maintaining pool area safety, assisting guests and coaches with their needs, and supporting overall pool operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences while upholding high standards of hospitality and safety. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of pool deck areas to ensure a pristine environment. Monitor pool activity to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents, responding promptly to any incidents. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and offering assistance as needed. Perform basic mechanical tasks related to pool equipment to maintain optimal operation. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas throughout your shift. Skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience in hospitality or similar service roles is highly desirable. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels. Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests.
