Fleet & Dock Operations Lead Freedom Boat Club — Lake Oconee & Lake Sinclair Full-Time Seasonal Position Competitive compensation based on experience Freedom Boat Club is looking for a dependable, hands-on, mechanically inclined Fleet & Dock Operations Lead to support dock operations, fleet readiness, staff leadership, and member service across our Lake Oconee and Lake Sinclair locations.

This is an active outdoor role for someone who enjoys boating, working with their hands, leading a team, solving problems, and creating a great member experience. The right person will help ensure boats are clean, fueled, safe, operational, properly inspected, and ready for member reservations.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily dock activity, supporting launches and returns, inspecting boats, performing basic troubleshooting and light maintenance, changing props when needed, coordinating with outside vendors for major repairs, supervising dock staff, supporting safety procedures, and helping create an "easy day on the water" for members.

Qualified candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, leadership ability, customer service skills, dependability, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to work outdoors in heat, rain, humidity, sun, and changing lake conditions. Weekend, holiday, and peak boating day availability is required.

Marine systems experience, boating experience, marina work, dock operations, fleet maintenance, hospitality, or outdoor recreation experience are preferred.
