Responsibilities Assist with rigging tasks to ensure all sails, lines, and equipment are properly secured and maintained for safe navigation Support the crew with mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of vessel systems to keep operations running smoothly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deck area, ensuring safety standards are consistently met Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures to promote a secure environment for everyone onboard Support navigation and docking activities under supervision, including line handling and mooring operations Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge to assist with routine vessel maintenance and troubleshooting Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on flexible schedules Valid maritime or boating certifications are a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary Embark on an adventure where every day brings new challenges and opportunities!
