Deckhand - Passenger Vessel Operations

Overview We are seeking junior, reliable, and safety-focused Deckhands to support daily passenger vessel operations in and around Boston Harbor. This role is responsible for assisting with docking procedures, maintaining vessel cleanliness and safety, supporting guests onboard, and participating in emergency drills and vessel operations.

MUST LIVE IN MASSACHUSSETTS WITH RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

Responsibilities Assist with docking and line handling Maintain cleanliness of decks and common areas Support passenger boarding and disembarking Conduct safety and security patrols Participate in emergency drills and safety procedures Provide professional customer service to guests Assist crew and supervisors with daily vessel operations Qualifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long periods standing Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required. Maritime, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred CPR/First Aid and TWIC are a plus Only Massachusetts local candidates will be considered.
