Launch Operator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Launch Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, a skilled driver and will be responsible while operating our club launch boat, transporting club members to and from moorings throughout the harbor.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the launch boat and equipment according to the provided instructions
• Safely transport guests to & from their vessels and property dock
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Cooperate effectively with team members

Skills:

• 3-5 years of boat/captain experience
• Valid Driver's License
• USCG Captains License or USCG Launch Operators License (AKA Limited Masters)
• Merchant Mariners License
• Strong communication skills

Merchant Mariners License Schedule:

Job Type:

Part-time, Minimum 23 hours per week with some select weeks reaching 35-40 hours.
