• someone who sees a Boston Whaler leaving the yard and feels ownership in how well it was done. Specifically, we're looking for:
• Hands-on experience with engine repowers, marine systems installation, and new boat commissioning
• Yamaha and/or Mercury platform familiarity (factory certification a plus)
• Comfort with marine electrical systems
• Mastervolt, Dometic, Sea Keeper, and premium electronics integration
• A mechanical aptitude and curiosity
