This is a generalist role that provides exposure to many Marine Trades and many opportunities to learn. Several of our marine painters, sailboat riggers, fiberglass technicians and electricians started in this role. At Safe Harbor Great Island we develop our crew by offering on the job training; professional trade specific training; and advancement opportunities to employees that demonstrate work ethic, commitment, attention to detail and passion for their work. This is a full time year round position and is eligible for our complete benefits package. This position may also be referred to as Yard Hand (Detailer).
