• Cross-train in all positions: Flight Deck 1 (Guest-facing / Handles payments and membership sales) Flight Deck 2 (Manages vehicle flow and wash operations) Wash Technician (Monitors equipment, performs preventative maintenance, ensures wash quality) Vacuum Concierge (Assists guests and supports site presentation) Loader (Maximizes efficiency during high-volume periods)
• Deliver a positive, professional guest experience
• Promote membership packages and explain wash options
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility
• Open/close site to Tommy's standards
