The RSOs' primary role and responsibility are to maintain the safety of our range by overseeing all shooters within the bays (firing range). Additionally, RSOs assist shooters in their fundamentals if requested or needed by the guest. This is the path to become an instructor within our facility. Applicants must have an extremely firm understanding and practice of firearm safety.
  • Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and professional de-escalation skills are required
  • Firearm experience required
  • Firearms instructing experience recommended
  • High School Education or Higher
  • Strong firearm safety and handling knowledge required
  • Must be willing to work occasional weekends/evenings each month
  • Must be over the age of 21+ Starting pay $12/hour.
Flexible schedule, pick your days, can vary weekly. Veteran friendly employer.
Our Business hours are:
Mon, Wed, Fri , & Sun 11am
  • 6pm. Tues, Thurs & Sat 11am
  • 9pm.
