Requirements:
US Coast Guard Limited Masters License:
Suitable for operating a 20-passenger inspected vessel Current
CPR, AED
& First Aid Certificates Enrollment in Club-sponsored Random Drug Testing Program Valid Driver's License with a Clean Record Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
Shift Preparation:
Report for assigned shift in appropriate attire, arrive early to discuss any turnover with the previous shift.
Daily Log:
Fill out, sign, and date the daily log during duty.
Safe Transport:
Ensure the safe and timely transport of members and guests between the dock and their vessels using club-provided launch boats.
Safety Compliance:
Operate launch boats in accordance with all safety regulations and club policies, maintaining a high standard of seamanship and professionalism.
Assistance:
Assist members and guests with boarding and disembarking from the launch boats, providing necessary support to ensure their safety and comfort.
Emergency Response:
Be prepared to respond to emergencies on the water, perform basic first aid, contact emergency services, and execute emergency procedures as required.
Hazard Reporting:
Report any water hazards to the Harbor Master.
Log Review:
Review operations log and read back log entries till the last time you were working.
Pay:
$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
License/Certification:
USCG Limited Masters License (Preferred)
