Lead Boat & Equipment Operator

We Outside Watersports is Nashville's premier watersport rental company offering thrilling and fun adventures on the water. Do you enjoy being on and near the water during the summer? Are you someone dependable who can take ownership of equipment and lead operations on-site? We are hiring a Lead Boat & Equipment Operator to support daily JetCar rental operations that provide fun water experiences for creative, diverse tourists, and Nashville locals. This role is responsible for transporting, launching, and managing JetCars and JetSkis while helping ensure a smooth, safe, and high-quality customer experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Transport and launch JetCars and JetSkis Operate watercraft as needed Set-up, breakdown, and manage media to capture customer experiences Perform equipment checks and basic maintenance reporting Train customers on water safety and JetCar operation Ensure customer safety and safety of others in the water Refuel vessels and manage customer docking experiences Support daily setup, breakdown, cleaning, and on-site operations Required Qualifications Experience driving and maneuvering trailers and launching boats or other watercrafts Familiarity with water safety and experience on the water Comfortable operating JetSkis/watercraft Minimum age 21 & valid driver's license Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends Ability to lift 25+ lbs and conduct physical labor during shifts

$25.00 per hour
