This part-time, on-site role involves supporting daily dock operations, assisting members, and helping maintain both boats and marina areas. Your goal is to ensure every visit is smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Key Duties Coordinate and monitor boat movement in and around the docks Refuel vessels and help keep boats and dock areas clean and organized Assist members with departures, returns, and general boating needs Provide outstanding service to create a welcoming, high-quality experience Follow and enforce all safety guidelines and procedures Support additional tasks as directed by supervisors What We're Looking For Strong people skills and clear communication abilities Ability to stay organized and perform well in a busy environment Interest in boating; willingness to learn or experience operating powerboats is a plus Good judgment and attention to detail Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Willingness to complete the Virginia Boater Safety Certificate (free online course) Ready to Apply?
