Skilled Laborer & Lead Fork Barge Operator MAC Sport and Marine Superior, WI Job Details Full-time $19 - $25 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Qualifications Customer communication Boat handling Forklift Driver's License Full Job Description Skilled Laborer & Lead Fork Barge Operator Fork Barge Job Description and Responsibilities Operate fork barge to transport and position docks and boat lifts Assembling docks, lifts, and units. Installing and removing docks and lifts. Work closely with crew members to ensure smooth and coordinated installation/removal processes Adhere to all safety protocols and promote a safety-first work culture Communicate clearly with ground crews and customers Skilled Laborer Job description and Responsibilities Assisting mechanics and/or the service manager in various tasks. Assisting with transporting boats to and from storage. Cleaning boats, pontoons, and other units. Mowing, snow blowing, and shoveling around dealership and storage. Qualifications Prior experience operating a fork barge, fork lift, boat operation Strong understanding of lake navigation and barge handling Ability to manually lift and maneuver heavy materials (75+ lbs) and work on uneven or slippery surfaces Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding role, often in variable weather Valid driver's license Service oriented mindset Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
