EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERY DRIVING IMMIDIATE HIRING POSITION
- The position is for 6 working days a week with rotational schedules set by supervisor.
Schedule:
(Monday- Saturday)
- (Sunday
- Friday)
- (Tuesday
- Sunday) Position is based out of FedEx Ground terminal in Bessemer, AL. Drivers are expected to report to the FedEx Terminal between 7:30 AM
- 8:00 AM About the job
- Considered a Full Time Employment
- Lift, lower and carry packages up to 150lbs
- average packages are small
- Between 6 and 8 hours a day of work.
- Training is provided by Managers and Supervisors
- Vehicle stop thresholds and documented miles apply
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma. About you
- Must be over 21 years old.
- Have a valid driver license.
- Must Pass a criminal background check.
- No felonies
- Pass a drug screen.
- Must have excellent navigation skills and be extremely proficient with use of Google Maps.
- Have a clean driving record (1 point/ticket, no DUI's, and no suspensions).
- Must be willing to work a rotating schedule, including weekends.
- Preferably domiciled in the Birmingham, AL metropolitan area.
- Able to Lift 150lbs Packages (if needed)
- average packages are small
- Prior delivery experience is preferred but not required (non-CDL, Uber and Lyft qualify).
- Must have reliable transportation to and from Terminal.
- Comply with company appearance guidelines
- Must have an Android or iPhone cell phone with data License
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
