Job Summary AllPro Distributing is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver based out of Calera, AL to operate a 26-foot box truck on assigned delivery routes. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort using a smartphone for delivery documentation , including photos and notes. You will ride with other drivers daily and will be on call to hop in a truck alone and take the route until the original driver is back. This position does required traveling to different hubs in the Southeast to fill in for routes also. Company provide hotel, rental car, and per diem which is baked into your weekly pay. Schedule & Hours Monday

• Friday 7-11 hour shifts , depending on route Route times vary, including: Start times: 12:00 AM
• 7:00 AM End times: 12:00 PM
• 4:00 PM Flexibility with start times is required Always on call and ready to leave at a moments notice.

Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft non-CDL box truck Deliver products to customers accurately and on time Use a company smartphone to: Take delivery photos Enter delivery notes Confirm deliveries Maintain frequent communication with dispatch and customers Load, unload, and lift heavy items as required Follow all company safety policies and DOT requirements Treat any company property or provided amenities with care. i.e. Hotel room, rental car, etc. Requirements Valid driver's license (Non-CDL) Must be able to pass DOT physicals Experience driving a box truck preferred Knowledge of ELD is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical work Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work early mornings and variable start times Benefits 401(k) Paid vacation Paid Training Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Consistent weekday schedule (no weekends) other than traveling to start routes on Monday.
