Counter Sales/Delivery Driver

Duties Greet customers warmly at the counter, assist with product selection, and process sales transactions accurately. Prepare and organize orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correctly loaded and secured. Safely operate commercial vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques as needed. Deliver orders promptly along designated routes, maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service throughout each trip. Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and handle any customer inquiries or concerns on-site or during delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area to facilitate efficient operations. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles with strong communication skills. Ability to lift heavy loads safely; familiarity with forklift operation, pallet jacks, or manual lifting is a plus. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations, including manual transmission operation if applicable. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order processing and route planning.
