Elite Delivery Driver / Team Lead OpportunityTRX Logistics - Dothan, Alabama TRX Logistics is launching a new last-mile delivery operation in Dothan, Alabama and is looking for motivated, dependable drivers who want to earn strong pay and grow into leadership positions. This is not a typical delivery company. We are building a smaller team of high-performing drivers rather than hiring large numbers of average performers. Drivers are expected to take ownership of their routes, maintain high delivery standards, and contribute to the success of the operation. Compensation Drivers earn a percentage of route revenue. Current drivers are expected to earn approximately $200+ per day based on route volume and performance. Higher-density routes and increased package volume create opportunities to earn more while working the same number of hours. Dispatch Location TRX Logistics operates from: 74 Gateway Drive Midland City, AL 36350 This location serves the greater Dothan and Enterprise delivery areas. Drivers report to the dispatch location each day, load their route, and return as required by operational needs. Route Areas Our delivery territory covers the greater Dothan and Enterprise markets, including surrounding communities and residential areas. Once training is completed and a driver demonstrates reliability and strong performance, we work to assign drivers to a consistent delivery area whenever possible.

Drivers who consistently perform well will generally remain in a dedicated territory rather than being moved to different areas every day. Team Leads continue delivering packages while also helping support operations and develop new drivers.

Responsibilities Load and organize your route Deliver packages safely and accurately Follow customer delivery instructions Deliver packages to the front door whenever accessible Deliver inside gates when safe and accessible Maintain proper photo proof-of-delivery standards Return undelivered packages correctly Communicate issues quickly and professionally Represent TRX Logistics in a professional manner First Day Training No new driver is allowed to make their first delivery alone. Every new driver will complete their first 3-5 deliveries alongside a Team Lead, Operations Manager, or approved Trainer Driver to ensure they understand company standards and expectations.
