Delivery Driver

Responsibilities Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions. Load and unload products using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, ensuring proper handling of goods. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality. Deliver packages accurately to customers' locations while providing friendly, professional service. Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining stock integrity. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues promptly, and adhere to all safety regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues swiftly. Skills Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route driving and load management. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during loading/unloading processes. Warehouse experience including familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving inventory efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and vehicle maintenance requirements. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
