  • Full-time Delivery Specialist / Lot Porter Julio Jones Kia is looking for a motivated and dependable Delivery Specialist / Lot Porter to join our team!
This position plays a vital role in ensuring our vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customer delivery while helping create an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for customer delivery Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot Fuel and inspect vehicles before delivery Assist customers by demonstrating basic vehicle features and technology Move vehicles safely throughout the lot and service areas Ensure vehicle displays are clean, properly parked, and priced Assist with dealer trades, vehicle pickups, and deliveries as needed Keep inventory organized and report any vehicle damage or concerns Support sales and service departments with various tasks Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining vehicle appearance Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain active throughout the workday What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid training Employee discounts Positive team-oriented work environment If you're energetic, dependable, and enjoy working with vehicles and customers, we'd love to hear from you.
