Delivery Driver -
Full-Time Pay:
$14-$16/hour Company vehicle provided We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and self-motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This position plays a key role in serving our patients and community by delivering prescriptions and packages safely, courteously, and on time. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working independently, this role is a great fit. Job Summary The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering prescriptions and other items to customers, partner businesses, and care facilities in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role also assists with general store upkeep and operational support as needed. Essential Job Functions Provide excellent customer service with a courteous and positive attitude Safely operate a company vehicle Deliver prescriptions and packages and obtain required signatures for controlled items, charges, or payments Use company iPad or other electronic devices for delivery documentation Record all deliveries accurately in the delivery log Keep track of cash bags, receipts, tickets, and payments Turn in all collected money and documentation at the end of each shift Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and ensure service intervals are followed Assist with store upkeep, including: Keeping store grounds clean Cleaning bathrooms and floors Emptying trash Perform any additional duties assigned by the managing pharmacist Minimum Requirements At least 18 years old Valid Arkansas driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Abilities & Skills Knowledge of Washington County is helpful Strong organization and planning skills Ability to multi-task and work efficiently Able to remain calm in stressful situations Patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and follow instructions clearly Physical Requirements Regular walking Frequent standing, sitting, and reaching Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling Ability to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Schedule Must be willing to work evenings and weekends Full-time position Company delivery vehicle provided
