Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models, to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload cargo using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring items are handled with care and accuracy. Manage route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic laws while maintaining a positive attitude. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging professionally with clients during deliveries, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory, heavy lifting, and organizing shipments in preparation for delivery. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure safety standards are met; report any maintenance issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and operating specialized equipment like forklifts. Experience Prior delivery driver experience preferred, especially with courier or driver roles involving route driving. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and positive interactions. Warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, moving inventory, or operating forklifts or pallet jacks is highly desirable. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or appropriate driver's license for box trucks; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus. Experience handling heavy lifting tasks safely in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of safety regulations related to driving, moving loads, and operating warehouse equipment. Schedule Monday through Saturday Up to 10-hour shifts Start times vary based on route Pay Up to $150 per day (based on experience and performance) Responsibilities Safely operate delivery truck on assigned routes Load and unload appliances and household items Work with helper to move items into homes Set up and position appliances as directed Ensure safe handling to prevent damage to customer property Provide professional customer service at each stop Maintain delivery logs and paperwork Follow company safety policies Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Clean driving record preferred Ability to pass background check Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (50-100+ lbs with assistance) Comfortable working long, active shifts Reliable transportation to work Delivery or appliance/furniture experience preferred
