BRYANT AND ALEXANDER NORTH LITTLE ROCK AND LITTLE ROCK

All packages are received at our Warehouse in little rock All team members are responsible for scanning and sorting packages at the warehouse. Start time 6am We pay per package. Can make up to $150 a day Must have a Android or Apple phone Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance Needs to be able to read a map/gps Driver are responsible for All packages taken from the warehouse that are assigned to you. Any packages not delivered by each driver must be returned the next day. Fail to do that and you will be charged $100 for each package. Provide outstanding customer service when contacting the customer Follow route schedules diligently to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines All packages are to be delivered by 5:30 pm each day. Management needs to be notified ASAP if you are unable to finish your assigned packages no later then 1pm. NO Packages are to be delivered to a mailbox or post office Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles throughout your shift Must dress accordingly to weather. COULD BE

delayed. Be able to get in and out of your vehicle 50 to 100 plus stops a day. Must be able to delivery all packages to the front door of customer's home. Must be able to walk up and down customer's driveways. We work 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can work up to 5 days a week (6 if approved by management) One weekend day is a must, alternating sat or Sunday Possibility to grow with in the company. Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, valid insurance Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, ability to lift packages repeatedly, demonstrating physical strength and stamina for moving tasks Experience using forklifts or pallet jacks but not required Knowledge of safety protocols related to driving and lifting Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. All packages are time sensitive. Packages are to be delivered the day of pick up. Unless you fail to contact the customer or a business is closed for an example Packages are time sensitive and need to be delivered the day you pick them up. There are no holding customers packages. Drivers are to schedule themselves accordingly. If you have appointments are children, please let management know. Package loads can be assigned accordingly.
