Seasonal Delivery Driver (Summer Months)- DSP PAL Legacy Logistics, LLC PAY RATE $20.50/hr

Job Summary PAL Legacy Logistics, LLC is seeking delivery drivers for the summer months. This is seasonal and temporary position for the months of June, July & August. These positions will be based out of the DKLR2 Amazon warehouse in Alexander, AR.

PAY RATE

is $20.50/hr plus BONUS! We are a Delivery Service Partner for Amazon and we are looking for smart, motivated, and hard working delivery drivers in the Little Rock, AR area. Delivery Service Partners (DSP) are independent businesses that have a partnership with Amazon to deliver packages. As a Delivery Driver you will deliver packages while enjoying your independence as you travel to customers' doors. We provide a van (this is a non-CDL position). We will train and support you as you begin your new job. We offer a fun, new employment opportunity with option to grow with the company. Additional compensation is available with bonuses for safe driving practices and meeting metrics. Responsibilities Operate your delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times Use a provided hand held device for routing information Navigate safely through neighborhoods and traffic following route guidance Operate your vehicle and deliver packages in all weather conditions. Deliver packages with a WOW. We want to treat all customers with respect and kindness. Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Step in and out of delivery vans several times a day and walk up and down steps. Deliver up to 200-250 packages a day Shift Flexibility Ability to work at least 2 days per week for 10 hour shifts each day Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating needs. Shifts Range between 8-10 hours per day. Weekly Hours between 10-20 hours for part-time positions & 30-40 hours for full-time work Shifts begin late morning and end between 8-9pm. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Eligible to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license in the state of employment. No CDL required. Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test. Use of mapping and GPS programs. Growth mindset and application towards opportunities to learn, contribute and collaborate with a new company. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
