Driver / PDI Technician Dino Equipment & Outdoors Position Summary Dino Equipment & Outdoors is hiring a dependable, mechanically inclined Driver / PDI Technician for our Conway location. This position supports both the Sales and Service Departments by delivering tractors, mowers, golf carts, and other equipment, performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and assisting with light mechanical work. This is a customer-facing position and requires professionalism, strong driving skills, and solid trailer experience. Primary Responsibilities Deliver tractors, zero-turn mowers, golf carts, and equipment safely and professionally Pick up customer equipment for service and warranty repairs Load, unload, and properly secure equipment on trailers Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), including: Fluid checks and adjustments Battery and electrical inspection Tire pressure adjustments Greasing fittings Operational testing Provide customers with a basic equipment walkthrough at delivery Assist service department with light mechanical work Keep delivery truck and trailers clean and organized Maintain accurate paperwork and obtain customer signatures Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Valid driver's license Clean driving record required Extensive experience pulling trailers required (must be comfortable towing tractors and heavy equipment) Light mechanical experience (small engines, tractors, mowers, automotive, etc.) Ability to operate tractors and zero-turn mowers Ability to lift 50+ lbs Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Preferred Dealership experience Forklift experience Hydraulic system familiarity CDL (not required but a plus)
