Responsibilities:
Drives company vehicles, including but not limited to automobile, mini-van, cargo van, box trucks, and wheelchair van to transport adults and/or children with disabilities.- Assist passengers to enter and leave vehicle, assists in buckling seat belts as needed, using wheelchair lift as needed, loads and unloads baggage, wheelchairs, walkers, and other items, and performs other duties, as necessary.
- Vehicles sweep to ensure no person is left in vehicle after each trip.
- Perform a pre-transport & post-transport inspection and vehicle check list ensuring each vehicle is properly equipped.
- Maintains vehicles, keeps vehicles polished and clean, and in operating condition. Follow establish safe transportation practices and awareness.
- Complete documentation, incident reports, and transportation logs.
- Drivers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and professionally. Drivers w
