Competitive Hourly Rate About the Role The Wash Clinic is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Route Delivery Driver to be the face of our laundry service. In this role, you aren't just dropping off packages; you are managing a dedicated pickup and delivery route, ensuring our clients receive their fresh laundry safely and on time. We need a dependable team player who enjoys being out on the road, takes pride in a job well done, and isn't afraid of physical, hands-on work.

What You Will Do Route Execution:

Safely and efficiently navigate your daily route to pick up and deliver customer laundry across the Greater Phoenix area.

Heavy Lifting:

Regularly load, unload, and maneuver large laundry bags (weighing up to 50 pounds) from the delivery vehicle throughout your shift.

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the friendly, professional face of The Wash Clinic when interacting with clients at their homes or businesses.

Vehicle Fleet Care:

Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure your delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and operating safely.

Inventory and Logistics:

Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all laundry bags and materials picked up and dropped off, communicating seamlessly with our central team to accommodate any schedule adjustments.

Who You Are Reliable and Punctual:

You understand that our clients depend on timely service, and you take pride in hitting your schedule without cutting corners.

Physically Capable:

You are comfortable with the physical demands of moving, lifting, and carrying 50-pound bags multiple times a day.

Safe Operator:

You have a pristine driving record and treat company vehicles as if they were your own.

Professional Representative:

You operate with absolute honesty and integrity, knowing you represent our brand every time you step out of the van. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in delivery driving, route sales, or a customer-facing logistics role is highly preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are strictly required. Ability to safely and consistently handle the physical workload (lifting up to 50 pounds). Strong time-management skills and a deadline-oriented mindset.
