Monday - Friday, 8AM - 6:30

$22/hour Founded in Berkeley, California in 2015, Fieldwork Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery known for exceptional, honest beer making and an ever-changing lineup of fresh releases. Over the past decade, Fieldwork has grown across Northern California, building community-driven taprooms that pair award-winning beer with thoughtful hospitality. This position will be responsible for performing deliveries to Fieldwork Taprooms and bars and restaurants all around the Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
Deliver 50L kegs, sixth barrel kegs and cans/bottles of beer to our taprooms around the Bay Area as well as local bars and restaurants Communicate and work with sales staff as needed regarding deliveries Run an efficient delivery route Collect cooperage from our taprooms & bars/restaurants and return it to our production facility Movement of merchandise and other inventory from taproom to taproom as requested Communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers to ensure a positive customer service experience Work effectively as part of our distribution team to complete all deliveries and pick-ups as needed Provide excellent service to customers. Transfer product between the production facility and warehouse Load vehicles accurately based on the load sheets from our logistics software Assist with the unloading of vehicles returning from their routes. Be a team player and able to interact with all levels within the organization Work closely with other departments to accomplish goals of the company
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old Current driver's license with clean driving record Forklift certification preferred Prior work experience with brewery warehouse operations preferred Able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 150 lbs) on a continual basis with assistance Able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for up to 10 hours per shift Able to work in crowded and confined spaces. Able to maintain excellent customer service and a high level of ethics while working under pressure.
