The Role Are you a hospitality, detailing, or automotive professional who believes the details ARE the job? As our Vehicle Preparation & Delivery Specialist, you are FALCON on wheels. You'll prepare the world's finest vehicles to a five-star standard and deliver them directly to our clients — handling each handover like a resort concierge, not a courier. If you take pride in flawless presentation, punctuality, and white-glove service, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

• Showroom-Ready, Every Time:

  Inspect and prepare every luxury and exotic vehicle to FALCON's uncompromising standards — spotless presentation, fluids topped, tires checked, every touchpoint crystal clear.

• White-Glove Delivery:

  Deliver and retrieve vehicles across the LA area promptly and courteously, arriving early and making every client feel valued from the first greeting to the final goodbye.

• The Perfect Handover:

  Walk clients through vehicle features, drive modes, and rental policies with confidence — from convertibles to supercars — so they drive off feeling at home behind the wheel.

• Seamless Operations:

  Verify documents, process payments and security deposits, and complete digital rental agreements on-site with total accuracy. You close the loop, not just the door.

• Meticulous Documentation:

  Capture detailed photo and video condition reports before and after every rental, and log mileage, fuel, and any issues in our system with zero gaps.

• Grace Under Pressure:

  Handle damage findings, payment hiccups, and scheduling changes professionally — verify first, communicate gently, and escalate to the office rather than confront.

Fleet Teamwork:

Flag maintenance needs immediately, support fleet scheduling and logistics, and help keep our operation running like clockwork.

Schedule & Hours:

• Shift Structure:

  Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break).

• Mandatory Weekends:

  Weekends are our peak operational days and are strictly required.

Operational Flexibility:

You must be flexible to occasionally start early or extend hours to accommodate client deliveries and logistics.

The Non-Negotiables:

• Driving History:

  Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record and 2+ years of U.S. driving history.

• Age Requirement:

  Must be 25 years of age or older (strictly required by our luxury fleet insurance protocols).

• Relevant Experience:

  Background in hospitality, vehicle detailing, or towing.

• Reliable Commute:

  Must be able to reliably commute to Beverly Hills, including for early morning shifts.

• Work Authorization:

  Must be fully authorized to work in the United States.

Language Proficiency:

Professional fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
