Packages get picked up in bloomingdale's station with the van we provide and deliver in Hesperia . we pay for the gas. Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver goods along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Plan efficient delivery routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and reduce delivery times Assist customers with their orders, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery process Upsell related products or services when appropriate, enhancing sales opportunities and customer satisfaction Handle heavy lifting of packages or merchandise with proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency Maintain accurate delivery records, logs, and documentation for all shipments and transactions Conduct merchandising activities at delivery sites, ensuring products are properly displayed and organized Experience Proven experience in commercial driving or route driving, with a clean driving record Strong math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments Prior experience in sales or upselling is a plus, demonstrating persuasive communication abilities Organizational skills for managing multiple deliveries and maintaining accurate records Military experience in logistics or driving roles is advantageous but not required Join us as a Delivery Driver and become an essential part of our team that values dedication, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
