$1,000 - $1,200 per week Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced Freight Delivery Driver to join our team for a dedicated freight route serving the San Diego area. This position involves operating a 26-foot box truck (bobtail) and delivering freight safely and efficiently throughout the region. The route services the San Diego area; however, the truck is based in Bloomington, CA, and drivers will begin and end their workday from our Bloomington location. Hazmat endorsement/certification is an absolute requirement for this role. Candidates without a current Hazmat endorsement will not be considered. Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck (bobtail) on a dedicated route Report to and depart from Bloomington, CA daily Pick up and deliver freight throughout the San Diego area Transport hazardous materials in compliance with all DOT and company regulations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure accurate completion of delivery paperwork and logs Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and team members Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Current Hazmat Endorsement (Required) Previous freight delivery and commercial driving experience Experience operating a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle Ability to commute to Bloomington, CA for daily dispatch Strong knowledge of the San Diego area and surrounding routes Ability to lift, load, and unload freight as needed Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Ability to pass any required background checks, drug screenings, and DOT requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Spanish Speakers Welcome We are a bilingual team and proudly welcome Spanish-speaking drivers to apply.
