Delivery Driver

Job DescriptionJob Summary:

Domino's Delivery Drivers play a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately, on time, and with excellent service. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food orders, handling transactions, and assisting with in-store operations during non-delivery times. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, safe driving habits, and a willingness to contribute to a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Duties:

Deliver orders quickly, safely, and courteously using your personal vehicleNavigate efficiently using GPS or Domino's delivery app to ensure accurate drop-offsVerify all order items before leaving the store to ensure accuracyCommunicate with customers regarding estimated delivery times, directions, or special instructionsHandle payments and provide correct change while maintaining a professional demeanorDrive safely in varying weather and traffic conditions, adhering to all laws and company safety policiesKeep your vehicle clean, fueled, and maintained to company standardsTrack delivery times and assist in keeping delivery operations efficient

In-Store Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers with enthusiasm and professionalism Answer phones and take accurate orders using Domino's POS systemAssist in preparing pizzas, sides, desserts, and other menu itemsClean delivery bagsMonitor oven and food quality to ensure high product standardsClean kitchen equipment, counters, floors, restrooms, and customer areas regularlyAssist with opening and closing tasks, including balancing registers, prepping stations, and securing the storeRestock ingredients, paper goods, and inventory items throughout the shiftFollow all company food safety, sanitation, and hygiene proceduresParticipate in regular training sessions and team meetingsReport equipment issues, safety hazards, or customer complaints to managementAssist with local marketing activities, such as flyer distribution or promotions (if assigned)Sweep and mob the store when needed

Inventory & Food Safety Responsibilities:

Accurately put away food and supply deliveries in designated storage areasProperly label and date all incoming food items and ingredientsEnsure First In, First Out (FIFO) rotation is followedRegularly check for and remove expired or improperly stored productsReport any inventory concerns or discrepancies to managementMaintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas (coolers, freezers, dry stock)

Requirements:

Must be at least 20 years old (at least 2 years worth of driving experienceValid driver's license with a safe driving recordReliable, insured vehicle with current registrationMust have a working smartphone for GPS and store communicationAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs, and be on your feet for long periodsStrong communication, multitasking, and customer service skillsAvailable to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust work on holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in delivery, food service, or retailFamiliarity with Domino's products and delivery area
