Delivery Driver - Cannabis Dispensary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cannabis Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and compliant delivery of cannabis products to customers while providing excellent service and maintaining strict adherence to California state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport and deliver cannabis products to customers in accordance with company policies and California cannabis laws Verify customer identification and age (21+) at the time of delivery Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and compliance documentation Handle cash and electronic payments securely and accurately Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status Ensure vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and security of products during transport Adhere to all local, state, and company regulations regarding cannabis handling and delivery

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check (as required by California cannabis regulations) Strong knowledge of local roads and navigation tools (GPS, mobile apps) Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to handle cash responsibly Comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous delivery or courier experience Familiarity with cannabis products and industry regulations Experience in retail or customer service roles

Working Conditions:

Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Frequent driving and lifting of packages (typically up to 25 lbs) Fast-paced, customer-facing environment
