The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and installing kitchen appliances to customers homes in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong understanding of schematics and the ability to operate box trucks safely. As an appliance installer you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and equipment handling. Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck to deliver and install appliances to various locations. Assemble and install products as needed at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality. Provide field service support, including troubleshooting and equipment repair for delivered items. Maintain accurate delivery records and manage inventory during transport. Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Follow all safety protocols while handling refrigerate units and other appliances. Collaborate with the service technician team to address customer needs promptly. Experience Previous experience as a Delivery Driver is preferred, particularly in the appliance industry. Familiarity with schematics related to appliance assembly is advantageous. Experience in field service will be considered a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in various environments. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; additional certifications may be beneficial.
