Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Class A Route Delivery Driver to join our team in Fresno. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and delivering a variety of freight—including refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, and roll-off trucks—along designated routes. Your enthusiasm for driving and delivering excellent service will help us maintain our reputation for dependability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial trucks, including manual transmission vehicles, along assigned routes to deliver freight efficiently and on time Load and unload products at customer locations using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or roll-off trucks when necessary Handle various types of freight, including refrigerated items, flatbed loads, tankers, and other specialized equipment Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for each route Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly Follow all safety protocols related to driving, load securement, and vehicle maintenance Skills Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record Experience operating manual transmission trucks in a commercial setting Knowledge of route driving best practices and delivery procedures Ability to load & unload freight efficiently using forklifts or other equipment as needed Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and freight handling techniques Strong driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Join us as a Route Delivery Driver in Fresno and become part of a dedicated team that values reliability, safety, and exceptional service.
