Shredding Service Driver - Part Time

Job Description Must be 23yrs old or older to Apply, for Insurance purposes.

Hours:

Generally, 6:00am to 2:30pm - Monday- Saturday. Starting times may adjust to business needs.

• Overtime may be required
• Weekend and evening shifts are available

Primary Responsibilities:

Must bring a great attitude and willingness to get the job done in a safe, efficient, and secure manner. You will be out in the field for almost the entirety of your shift and will need to be proficient in Self-Management as you will be on your own with your route.

• Attentive customer service
• Driving 18' & 24' box trucks
• Loading and unloading of truck
• Delivering cabinets, 64, 95 & 167-gallon containers.
• Picking up multiple 30 lb. - 60 lb. boxes and emptying them into rolling bins/containers
• Pulling and pushing 200 lb. - 300 lb. containers.
• Ability to operate independently.
• Ability to follow directions.

Qualifications:

• Valid California driver's license
• NO High school diploma or equivalent required
• One year minimum truck driving experience
• No suspension or revocation of driver's license in the past five (5) years
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Required to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to lift or push up to 100 pounds.

Pay Rate:

$28.50 per hour

Description:

This position will have a minimum of 25 hours available per week however, depending on your attitude and willingness to work there will be additional hours available.
