WELLGREENS DELIVERY DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview The Delivery Driver at Wellgreens Delivery will transport customer orders, maintain accurate cash counts, and assist with inventory and fulfillment as needed. This role requires an independent customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional customer service, drive safely and efficiently, while maintaining Wellgreens service standards. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Close a cash register at the end of shift/Accurate cash drops at end of shift Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve client's complaints Maintain delivery schedule based on incoming orders from dispatch Cleaning Delivery Vehicle Assist with loading and unloading product from warehouse inventory to vehicle Perform regular vehicle checks before and after each day's shift Maintain an organized record of customer transactions throughout shift Willingness to jump between tasks and assist in different departments Not limited to the above tasks Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a welcoming and professional manner Provide seamless delivery interactions with customers: verifying patient ID's, processing payment, and proactively resolving customer complaints Maintain accurate records during shifts, customer transactions, cash counts, delivery instructions, etc. Utilize GPS navigation to maintain delivery schedule based on routing from dispatch Load, transport, and deliver cannabis orders in a safe and timely manner Provide troubleshooting and support to dispatch and patients as needed Perform regular vehicle checks including cleanliness before and after each day's shift Use POS system to process orders, log notes, and payments Comfortable with security demands of the position; going to customer's homes or business alone and possibly at night Cash Handling Assist with side work, stocking, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. A minimal understanding of cannabis products and the cannabis industry preferred but not required Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal cannabis regulations Understand and follow Medical vs. Recreational sales guidelines, weight limits, and age restrictions Build product knowledge, including cannabinoids, terpenes, and methods of consumption Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability Be a positive, proactive team player who works well with others Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Leads, Managers, or Supervisors Qualifications Clean Driving History and Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED) Familiar with GPS navigation (Waze, Google Maps, Etc.) Comfortable with security demands of the position; going to customer's homes or business alone and possibly at night.

Continually able to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory restock, and store merchandising. Ability to carry boxes, products, and other necessary store related items. Ability to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, maintain all areas of business including back stockroom, employee lunchroom, restrooms.
