Duties Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload merchandise, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring items are secured properly for transit Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, answer questions, and address any concerns professionally Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals Plan efficient routes using route driving skills to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules Maintain accurate delivery records, route logs, and inventory documentation Assist with merchandising at delivery points to ensure proper product placement and presentation Skills Proven experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record Strong math skills for pricing calculations, measurements, and inventory management Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during loading/unloading processes Organizational skills to manage multiple deliveries and maintain accurate documentation Knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices for efficiency Experience in sales or upselling techniques to promote additional products or services Familiarity with merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Background in military service is a plus, demonstrating discipline, reliability, and teamwork skills Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise meets exceptional customer service!
