$22-$24/hour (based on experience) About Us At Bowl'D Açaí, we serve high-quality açaí bowls, smoothies, and fresh food at cafés, farmers markets, and events across the Bay Area. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking team member who can handle a little bit of everything and take pride in running a smooth, clean, and efficient food truck operation. Schedule Wednesday through Sunday Start time: ~7:00 AM End time: ~3:00-4:00 PM (depending on service and location) Role Overview This is an all-in-one position where you'll be responsible for prepping, driving, setting up, serving customers, and closing down the food truck. You'll play a key role in making sure each day runs smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Truck Prep & Setup Arrive at kitchen and load food truck with all necessary items Prep ingredients and organize supplies for service Ensure truck is clean, stocked, and ready to go Driving & Logistics Safely drive the food truck to and from service locations Set up truck for service upon arrival Customer Service & Service Window Take customer orders and operate POS system Prepare açaí bowls, smoothies, and other menu items Deliver friendly, fast, and high-quality service Closing & Breakdown Drive truck back to kitchen after service Restock all items for next day (fruit, bases, dry goods, etc.) Refill water tanks, freezer, and refrigerator Wash dishes and clean all equipment Take out trash and leave truck fully reset and ready for the next shift What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual (this role is very time-sensitive) Comfortable driving a food truck/van (valid driver's license required) Strong work ethic and able to handle a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and good with customers Able to multitask (taking orders + making food + managing flow) Food service experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Bowl'D Açaí?
