In this role, you will be the face of our company, delivering products efficiently and safely to our valued customers. Your enthusiasm for driving, excellent customer service skills, and ability to handle physical tasks will ensure smooth deliveries and satisfied clients. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of delivery vehicles such as box trucks and drivers, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Load and unload goods using equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling of items. Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity while maintaining punctuality. Deliver products directly to customers' locations with a focus on excellent customer service and professionalism. Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all transactions accurately. Assist with warehouse tasks including moving inventory, organizing stock, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with company standards. Skills Proven experience (or non experience) as a delivery driver or courier with a strong understanding of route driving. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or drivers. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to moving goods safely. Knowledge of manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong driving record with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws.
