Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products along designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Manage delivery schedules efficiently by planning optimal routes using route driving skills and organizational tools Communicate clearly with customers upon delivery, providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns Handle heavy lifting of packages or merchandise with proper technique to ensure safety and efficiency Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales performance Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including logs and receipts, ensuring all records are complete and organized Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safe driving conditions Experience Proven experience in commercial driving or delivery roles with a clean driving record Strong math skills for calculating pricing, measurements, and route distances Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively Knowledge of route driving techniques, merchandising practices, and basic sales principles Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Prior experience in customer service environments demonstrating a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities Military background is a plus, especially if it involved logistics, driving, or organizational responsibilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
