3 Are you a reliable, hard-working individual who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground, and we are looking for three (3) dependable drivers to join our team immediately. This is a highly consistent, year-round position. Depending on the route, you will be operating straight trucks or step vans (step ends) to safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers. If you have a strong work ethic and a clean driving record, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Safely operate and maneuver straight trucks or step vans in various weather and traffic conditions. Scan, load, secure, and deliver packages efficiently according to FedEx Ground standards. Handle heavy lifting, including maneuvering packages up to 150 lbs (using a dolly/hand truck when necessary). Maintain a high level of professionalism, speed, and accuracy on your assigned route. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance. Qualifications & Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Age:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Experience:
Previous FedEx Ground or commercial driving experience is a big plus , but we are willing to train quick learners!
Driving Record:
Clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations.
Physical Fitness:
Must be able to handle heavy lifting (up to 150 lbs) and pass a DOT Physical and drug test .
Traits:
Reliable, punctual, hard-working, and adaptable.
Competitive Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00/hour based on experience.
Consistent Hours:
Full-time positions guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Flexible Options:
Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
