Cannabis Delivery Driver

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Cannabis Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, utilizing fleet apps, delivering orders directly to customers, inventory tasks and adhering to California compliance laws. Do not apply if you do not have a minimum of one year of verifiable, legal market cannabis experience, are not available full time, or do not have weekend availability.

Delivery Associates should have:

Ability to learn on the fly, problem solve, take direction, clearly and effectively communicate with their team and customers Soft sales skills, product knowledge and basic math skills Knowledge of the cannabis industry and laws pertaining to the role including consumption limits, strain knowledge, weights etc, as well as an understanding of compliant California driving laws One year minimum of retail or other industry experience that interfaces with consumers, dispatch, and fleet experience. Duties include but are not limited to: POS management Collecting and maintaining required customer documents Cash handling Inventory reconciliation Driving orders to customer's homes Collecting and maintaining required business records Order processing and fulfillment

Qualifications:

Must have a personal vehicle Must have a valid driver's license Must have vehicle insurance Ability to sit for long periods at a time Must be at least 21 years of age Must be authorized to work in the United States Preferred candidates have the following skills and traits:

Responsible, Self Starter, Problem Solver, Attention to details, Timely, Sociable This role will consist of a minimum of 32 hours per week, evening and weekend availability is a must. Must have a personal vehicle that is fully insured and registered. Mileage reimbursements will be paid for any orders delivered while in a personal vehicle.
